I can help you alter the boundaries between neighbours (ie. due to an encroachment), join two neighbouring allotments under one title, or arrange separate titles for units currently grouped together on one title.
I can also coordinate the whole process from beginning to end and liaise with the Surveyor, Valuer, Development Assessment Commission, Council, Lands Titles Office and your financial institution and ensure your transaction is completed as smoothly and stress-free as possible.
