Looking at selling or purchasing a home privately?

With more than 20 years’ experience, I make private property sales easy!
If you wish to sell your property privately without engaging the services of a Real Estate Agent, or have negotiated to purchase a property directly from the Vendor, you may need a Contract and Form 1 (“cooling-off forms”) to be prepared by a Conveyancer. (Normally the Contract and Form 1 is prepared by the Vendor’s Conveyancer.)

With over 20 years’ experience, I have the knowledge and experience to guide you through the whole private property sale process from beginning to end, ensuring this important transaction is completed as smoothly and stress-free as possible.

I will:

  • Advise you on your rights and responsibilities and ensure your interests are protected.
  • Accurately prepare the Contract to reflect what has been agreed between the Vendor(s) and Purchaser(s), including the drafting of special conditions.
  • Order the necessary government searches on your behalf and prepare the Form 1’s ensuring that all information required by law has been disclosed to the Purchaser.

Once the Contract and Form 1 has been signed by all parties, I then deal with the mechanics and legal aspects, and liaise with you, your bank, and the Lands Titles Office to ensure a complete, legally binding and professional settlement.
